Questions
Will it change my walls, windows or floors?
No. The AI is told to keep the architecture exactly as photographed: walls, windows, doors, flooring, fixtures and camera angle. It only adds furniture and decor. If a result ever moves something it shouldn't, run it again. Previews are free.
Is virtual staging allowed on the MLS?
Most MLSs allow it as long as you disclose it. Every download comes with a small 'Virtually staged' label in the corner by default. You can switch it off if your MLS or your listing site handles disclosure another way.
What kind of photos work best?
Straight-on, well-lit, wide shots taken at about chest height. Empty rooms give the cleanest results. Furnished rooms work too: pick 'Replace furniture' and it clears the room first.
Do credits expire?
Photo packs never expire. The Agent plan adds 100 credits each month, and unused credits roll over while you're subscribed.
What if I don't like a result?
Previews are watermarked but free, so you only spend a credit on the version you actually want to download.
